February 2010 NEW HOMEPAGE, MYSPACE & DEAD VIDEO After writing new songs and hanging dead & easy down in our horny crypt, we are dead happy that our two LIVE DEAD VIDEOS taken at Helloween at ISC are buried now. Biggest thanks to Sam (Optickle) for filming and cutting the gig, Zwärgli (Altimeter) for live recording, Zora Viperaz and Madhellaine for deadly show and all the crowed for beeing there and having a dead good time!! October 2009 HALLOWEEN MEETS THE DEAD   Hey living, we are as happy as a bunch of dead monkeys that our Fiesta De Los Muertos is now ready to get started! We will step out of our graves at the Dias De Los Muertos - Halloween, 31.10.2009 - at ISC Bern to haunt our hometown! August 2009 New gigpics online We had big fun playing our first gig as mainact with the newe zombie combo in Worb at the Baerensaal! Very nice people over there and lots of lovely memorys we have! Here you can see the pics. The gig was exactly half a year after we first played together with Diemito and Dr. Perdido down in our crypt. Big thanxxxs go out to The Painkillers who organized it all! And thanks too to the Baseball Bat Boogie Bastards. Both bands were great! Now we're looking foreward to our next gig - the first one with new lineup in our home town - at the Halloween Bash at ISC at the 31.10.2009. Be there and be dressed for dying! 18. July 2009 New Set live at Worb! After our last gig we've been writting and playing new material down in our crypt again and again. And now we have one and a half hour of dirty soul screeming garage punk'n'roll polution. We're looking foreward to play the new tunes for the living at the 8.8.09 in Worb - exactly 6 month after the new The Dead lineup was founded!   23. May 2009 New Demotape Recordings On Line You can listen now to four of the red hot raw 'n' new The Dead songs live recorded by Chrigu Supersexfly down in the graveyards crypt within a day. They give an impression of how the new lineup of The Dead sounds live. Have fun while whistling and listening to the Graveyard Demotape Songs. 28. March 2009 New Demo Recording At the 4. April The Dead will record 6 songs with the new line up to show the world of the living the new dead sound. The Songs will be recorded by Chris from Supersexfly and will be released in May. At this time The Dead will start haunting the world of the living again with their first gig with the new lineup at Grabenhalle, St. Gallen. 26. March 2009 Bye Bye Johnny The Unborn aka. Johnny Bravo was unfortunately reborn and did quit the band. In 2007 and 2008 there were just too many troubles in the dead lifes of the band members and there were differences in the opinions about the dead sound which did slowly develop and change over the time. We hope for Johnny all the best and wish him a good and long life along the living! We, The Dead, stay dead - and hopefully will rest in peace.   News Archive
